Shipping Information

Because every item on Olibrio.com is custom-printed just for you, our fulfillment process works in two steps:

  1. Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create your apparel products.

  2. Shipping: Once fulfilled, your order is shipped. Shipping speeds depend on your location but typically range from 3–7 business days for domestic orders.

Note: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Return & Refund Policy

At Olibrio, we provide unique, made-to-order meme gear. Because each item is printed only when you order it, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size selection. We only offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives torn, misprinted, or otherwise physically damaged.

  • Wrong Item: If you received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.

How to Report an Issue

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  1. Take a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item.

  2. Email the photo and your order number to [newnu1982@hotmail.com ].

  3. Once we verify the issue, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund.

Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the loss is confirmed to be the carrier's fault.
